For the rust stain on the rock mix a quarter dime of burnt sienna, add a dash of raw umber and a smaller dash of cadmium medium yellow and Windsor red. Using a number three brush fill the rusty stain area in and then feather the edges blending it into the stippled area using a number one brush and small quantities of Taltine as needed.
When you have finished painting the texture into the rock we will move on to painting the rock and boulders in between the twin waterfalls.
